Transient Heater is a S.S. cylindrical vessel with jacketed conical bottom. The vessel has got 3 heating / cooling elements consisting of S.S. tubes banks of different dimensions with different orientation. 1. The Top bank of heating element consist of 32 mm. OD S.S. Tube oriented as zero plain. 2. The Second bank of heating element consist of 25 mm. OD S.S. and oriented at an angle to avoid channelization of massecuites. 3. The Third bank of heating element consist of 20 mm. OD S.S. Tube is oriented at different angle to avoid channelisation of massecuites. 4. The orientation of the tube banks are such that the travel path of massecuite gives a circular movement to the massecuites in transit. This is an unique feature of our massecuite conditioner. Viscosity is reduced and output capacity of the Centrifugal machine is increased (Patent Application No.1114/MUM/2000 dated 13/12/2000). The bottom cone is jacketed in 2 halves. Each and every Tube banks can be operated independently at the same time in series. The hot water inlet is connected through a manifold with isolating valve. Whole equipment is make up of stainless steel and welding method is followed by TIG method and internal highly polished to avoid stickiness on the wall of the vessel. |
